Keeping Hydrated with Magnetically Treated Water

Water: It’s What Keeps Us Alive

When I do massages, I constantly remind clients to stay hydrated. Every day, I drink more than eight glasses of water. When pressed for time, I often neglect to drink enough water. My muscles tighten up and feel achy and dehydrated. If I become too dry, I get a scratchy throat and feel unwell.

The “elixir of life,” as I refer to water, is water. The effects of dehydration on the health of muscles and other tissues can be devastating, making water a vital necessity.

The human body comprises 60–75% water or H2O. There are several reasons why it is crucial to survival.

Solvents include water. As a result, a wide variety of compounds can be diluted in water. When you get a dirty dish, the food particles tend to disintegrate. Blood plasma, mostly water, carries nutrients like glucose (sugar) to cells all over the body. Urine’s water content allows for the dissolution of wastes before expulsion.
A typical lubricant is water. There is less resistance to motion when two surfaces are wet. Saliva is necessary for swallowing, while mucus is a slippery fluid that helps food move smoothly through the intestines.
The temperature of water changes gradually. For its temperature to dramatically increase after absorbing heat, water must first shed a considerable volume of heat, and vice versa, due to its enormous heat capacity. This one aspect aids in keeping the body’s temperature stable.
These three considerations alone should prompt you to improve your water intake and ensure optimal internal functioning.

Although water makes up many of our bodies, it cannot rehydrate itself. Water consumption is essential to preserving this delicate equilibrium.

Many of us are dehydrated even if we know this is a problem. Mild dehydration can cause a drop in energy and mental performance and increase the body’s stress response.

What STRESS does to the body is common knowledge, I think.

Keep in mind that thirst is not a reliable sign of dehydration. Maintain a consistent drinking routine. Constipation, dry mouth, muscle cramps, and dry skin are symptoms of severe dehydration.

The recommended daily intake of water is six to eight eight-ounce glasses. However, that may not be sufficient. Normal bodily activities, such as sweating and maintaining a constant internal temperature, cause most individuals to lose between 2-3 quarts of water daily. A quart is equal to 32 ounces. This equates to a daily loss of 64-96 ounces of water.

During the hot summer months, it is essential to drink plenty of water. Consuming enough water will make your urine colorless or light yellow. If your urine is a deep yellow, your body is trying to preserve water by forcing you to urinate less frequently.

WATER AND HOW IT CLEANS YOUR SYSTEM

When I give a massage, I start by kneading the muscle to release any knots. The bands will begin to relax and turn red. A manifestation of improved blood flow. Increased blood flow aids in the release of waste materials from cells and into the circulatory system.

However, you still need to flush out the waste products even when they are already in the bloodstream. Even if you’re working hard and sweating, there’s only so much it can do. Urine is the primary means of excreting non-usable waste.

Insufficient water intake results in waste materials being reabsorbed by cells, which can cause damage and contribute to various diseases. Improve your health and cellular function by drinking more water.

WATER QUALITY

The health benefits of water vary widely depending on its purity. Cysts, tiny single-cell parasites, can be found in poor-quality water and cause severe stomach discomfort and diarrhea.

Giardia and cryptosporidium are two well-known instances of cysts. Pesticides and other synthetic organic chemicals are just as dangerous as their carcinogenic, nervous, and digestive system-attacking inorganic counterparts like lead, arsenic, and mercury.

TREATMENT OF WATER WITH MAGNETS

There are a variety of water purification devices on the market, but none of them can match the quality of Pi water.

Researchers discovered a unique natural phenomenon in a quiet Japanese village. They saw that the stream water miraculously affected the vegetation in the area. The stream flowed across silicates, the material that creates natural crystals, while the adjacent hills contained magnetite (a natural magnet) and calcium.

(Many magnetic bracelets marketed for healing use magnetite.)

They dubbed this fluid “Pi water” and began researching ways to recreate it. They reasoned that if these conditions led to lush plants, think of what they could accomplish for a human body. These researchers next set out to figure out how to get this pristine water to your kitchen sink.

Researchers found that magnetizing water reduced the formation of deposits and the acidity of the water. Water with a more neutral pH acidity is crucial. Why? The average blood pH lies in the slightly alkaline range of 7.35 to 7.45. 0-14 is the pH scale. The most acidic number is zero, and the most alkaline is fourteen. The pH of pure water is 7.

pH levels in cells and bodily fluids are pretty close to 7. Altering the blood’s pH can harm its chemical processes, potentially leading to death. Maintaining cellular processes in your body is essential, and drinking clean water can help.

These processes occur at the cellular level, invisible to the naked eye, and so often ignored.
