Uptown Food Truck Festival organizers will bring their popular summer event to downtown Anoka this August. Over 50 food truck vendors will serve up delicious street eats.

At Bacon-Me-Crazy, Owner JJ has an affinity for their Carolina Brisket and Bacon Burger with Cheddar Cheese and Super Slaw (red and green cabbage, Brussels sprouts, and kohlrabi). Additionally, there are giant Glazed Doughnuts as well as PB&J Grilled Cheese sandwiches on offer from their food truck.

Furthermore, their food truck also provides scoops of cookie dough, ice cream, and other treats!
